We work with multiple internet service providers to find and connect qualifying customers with available plans in their area. All internet services are provided by third-party carriers and are subject to those carriers’ terms, conditions, and policies.

2. Our Services ClearConnect Internet provides address serviceability checks, plan recommendations, enrollment assistance, and installation coordination. We do not install equipment, own network infrastructure, or provide technical support after activation. All post-activation support should be directed to your internet service provider.

3. Eligibility and Qualification All plans are subject to qualification based on credit check results, outstanding balances with providers, and service availability at your address. Advertised pricing applies to qualifying customers only. A deposit may be required at the provider’s discretion.

4. Pricing and Promotions All pricing is subject to change without notice. Promotional rates are offered by the internet service provider and may be subject to their own terms including automatic price increases after a promotional period.

5. No Contracts Plans advertised as no contract are month-to-month agreements with the internet service provider. There is no early termination fee. Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed to the provider at cancellation. Equipment must be returned per the provider’s return policy.

6. Same-Day Installation Same-day installation is available in most serviceable areas and is subject to technician availability. It is not guaranteed. Installation windows are determined by the internet service provider.

7. Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate and truthful information including your name, address, and contact details. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in disqualification and potential legal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability ClearConnect Internet acts as a referral and enrollment service only. We are not responsible for service outages, speed issues, equipment problems, billing disputes, or any matters arising after activation with your provider.

9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
